Dani Potts

RYT 500

Dani discovered yoga as a teenager while recovering from a sports injury after years as a competitive athlete. What began as a way to heal her body quickly became a lifelong practice that transformed the way she moved, breathed, and connected with herself. Through yoga, she found that true wellness extends far beyond physical strength—it comes from learning to listen to and honor the body's wisdom.

Today, Dani is a Functional and Integrative Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, and Registered Yoga Teacher. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali in 2022 and her 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Peru in 2026, with a focus on Ayurveda and holistic living.

Drawing from her background in nutrition, movement, and mindfulness, Dani's classes encourage students to cultivate awareness, strength, and self-compassion both on and off the mat. She believes yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose but about creating space to reconnect with yourself, move with intention, and trust what your body is communicating.

In Dani's classes, you can expect thoughtful, intentional movement, mindful breathwork, and opportunities to slow down, tune inward, and leave feeling more grounded, balanced, and connected to yourself.
