Restful and Rejuvenating Classes

  • A grounding and accessible practice, Hatha Yoga invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with awareness. Rooted in the classical tradition, this class emphasizes purposeful movement, steady postures, and breath as a bridge between body and mind.

Expect a balanced sequence of standing and seated poses, breathwork (pranayama), and moments of stillness to support strength, flexibility, and inner calm.

All experience levels welcome. Variations are offered to meet you where you are. Appropriate for those new to yoga.

  • Energy is meant to flow freely and fuel our true Self. Yet it often becomes stuck in the body and mind, creating intense emotions or thought loops that cause us to feel anxious and unsettled.

This class explores how to connect directly with energy blocks and release them from the body and mind, allowing energy to return to its natural state and support our true Self. This process empowers us to live a more present and fulfilling life by not being held captive by intense emotions or self-defeating thoughts.

The session includes education on releasing energy blocks, somatic connection through mindful movements and longer-held, floor-supported postures. There will also be daily living practice prompts to help integrate this approach into your everyday routine.

Appropriate for all experience levels with the ability to participate in mindful physical movement and a willingness to gently move beyond your comfort zone. Those new to yoga are welcome.

  • Slow down and soften with this deeply nourishing practice. Yin focuses on long-held, passive postures that target the deeper layers of connective tissue, encouraging mobility, stillness, and introspection. With the support of props and gentle guidance, you’ll be invited to settle in, breathe, and turn inward.

Yin is the perfect complement to a busy life or more active movement practice. Leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.

All experience levels welcome. Ideal for those looking to slow down, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with stillness. Appropriate for those new to yoga.

  • Unwind layers of tension and discover greater freedom in your body through the power of myofascial release. This class blends gentle movement, breath, and supportive props (like Yoga Tune Up® balls and blocks) to release tight connective tissue and restore mobility.

With slow, intentional techniques, you’ll create space in the body, calm the nervous system, and leave feeling grounded, spacious, and renewed.

All experience levels welcome. Appropriate for those new to yoga.

  • A restful, calming class that includes gentle movement and stretches in reclined, seated, and hands-and-knees positions. Supported postures using bolsters, blocks, and blankets invite the body and mind into a deep state of ease.

Designed as a nourishing pause for mental and physical restoration, this class offers slow, intentional transitions—with plenty of time to settle and soothe between each shape.

All experience levels welcome. Ideal for those looking to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and return to stillness. Appropriate for those new to yoga.

  • Unwind in a softly lit, tranquil space with a soothing blend of Candlelit Yin Yoga and a Gong Bath. The class begins with Yin postures—long-held, passive shapes that help release tension, improve flexibility, and settle the nervous system.

Then transition into deep rest, surrounded by the therapeutic sound of the gong. These vibrational waves support balance, clarity, and emotional ease.

This class offers a peaceful sanctuary to leave you feeling rested, grounded, and renewed.

All experience levels welcome. Perfect for those seeking rest, reflection, and inner stillness. Appropriate for those new to yoga.
