Restful and Rejuvenating Classes

  • A grounding and accessible practice, Hatha Yoga invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with awareness. Rooted in the classical tradition, this class emphasizes purposeful movement, steady postures, and breath as a bridge between body and mind.

Expect a balanced sequence of standing and seated poses, breathwork (pranayama), and moments of stillness to support strength, flexibility, and inner calm.

  • This thoughtfully blended practice strengthens the body in preparation for deep relaxation of the mind. Hatha yoga, one of the oldest forms of yoga, is known for long, powerful holds and slow, intentional movements. These static postures build muscular strength and joint stability.

The practice later shifts into Yin yoga—marked by long, luxurious holds that allow the muscles in the body to relax while gently stretching connective tissue.

This class offers space to feel, observe, and downshift into a state of calm presence.

All experience levels welcome. Variations are offered to meet you where you are. Appropriate for those new to yoga.

  • Slow down and soften with this deeply nourishing practice. Yin focuses on long-held, passive postures that target the deeper layers of connective tissue, encouraging mobility, stillness, and introspection. With the support of props and gentle guidance, you’ll be invited to settle in, breathe, and turn inward.

Yin is the perfect complement to a busy life or more active movement practice. Leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.

All experience levels welcome. Ideal for those looking to slow down, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with stillness. Appropriate for those new to yoga.

  • A restful, calming class that includes gentle movement and stretches in reclined, seated, and hands-and-knees positions. Supported postures using bolsters, blocks, and blankets invite the body and mind into a deep state of ease.

Designed as a nourishing pause for mental and physical restoration, this class offers slow, intentional transitions—with plenty of time to settle and soothe between each shape.

All experience levels welcome. Ideal for those looking to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and return to stillness. Appropriate for those new to yoga.

  • Step onto the quiet path of yin, where longer-held, earth-based postures invite you to slow down, soften, and reconnect. With mindfulness as your guide, you’ll explore the relationship between body, breath, and awareness—gently restoring the flow of prana through both the physical and subtle body.

Poses are held for 3 to 11 minutes to support deep release through fascia, meridians, and energetic pathways (nadis), cultivating balance in both the nervous system and inner landscape. Leave feeling renewed, grounded, and whole—restored by the stillness within.

All experience levels welcome. Ideal for those looking to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and find comfort in stillness. Appropriate for those new to yoga.

  • Unwind in a softly lit, tranquil space with a soothing blend of Candlelit Yin Yoga and a Gong Bath. The class begins with Yin postures—long-held, passive shapes that help release tension, improve flexibility, and settle the nervous system.

Then transition into deep rest, surrounded by the therapeutic sound of the gong. These vibrational waves support balance, clarity, and emotional ease.

This class offers a peaceful sanctuary to leave you feeling rested, grounded, and renewed.

All experience levels welcome. Perfect for those seeking rest, reflection, and inner stillness. Appropriate for those new to yoga.
