Ritual Making: A Workshop

Facilitated by Sara Sterley

Sunday, January 11, 2026
2:00-4:00pm
$35

As one year turns into the next, we’re invited to pause, listen, and consider what practices might help us move through the months ahead with more intention. Join Sara for a quiet afternoon of reflection and renewal.

We’ll begin with a grounding yin practice to settle the body and open space for inward listening—an opportunity to notice what your spirit might be asking for in this new season. From there, we’ll explore both ancient and modern rituals that can support a sense of rhythm, connection, and meaning in daily life.

You’ll leave with inspiration and practical ideas for creating or deepening personal rituals that align with what truly matters to you in the year ahead—whether that’s moments of stillness, seasonal celebrations, or simple everyday practices that help you feel more rooted and alive.

Sara is a writer, gardener, and devoted student of the seasons—a believer in the quiet power of rhythm and ritual. Her teaching is rooted in the wisdom of nature and the cycles that guide it, encouraging intuitive movement, deep rest, and meaningful reflection.

As a certified yin and restorative yoga teacher and meditation guide, Sara loves weaving mindfulness and seasonal rhythms into her classes and workshops. Her offerings—like this exploration of ritual—invite students to slow down, listen inward, and create practices that align with the natural flow of the year.
