Donation Based Benefiting Appalachian Community Relief
“A friend is a loved one who awakens your life in order to free the wild possibilities within you.” — John O’Donohue
In Celtic tradition, an anam cara — a soul friend — is someone who sees you deeply and helps you awaken to your true self.
In this 90-minute gathering, we’ll explore what it means to live and love from that kind of presence — where friendship becomes a spiritual practice.
You’ll Experience:
Reflection on what soul friendship means to you
Simple ways to bring presence and safety into connection
Guided inner alignment practice
Partner exercises in attunement and co-regulation
Quiet moments to reflect, integrate, and renew
This is a donation-based offering, benefiting Appalachian Community Relief. Sliding scale donation options of $40, $25, $10 or $0 are available when reserving your space in this course.
