Immerse yourself in a nurturing and revitalizing Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath with Amber VanBuhler and Paul Gaeta.
Together, we’ll co-create a sacred space for healing, restoration, and community connection. Within this supportive container, we’ll attune our nervous systems, harmonize as a group, and soften into a state of deep rest.
Restorative yoga postures will be gently woven throughout the sound bath. Supported by props and guided breathwork, each shape invites spaciousness, regulation, and deep release. As your body settles into stillness, the healing vibrations of sound will move through you, offering an invitation to surrender, restore, and renew.
The enchanting tones of gongs, singing bowls, wooden flutes, and other sacred instruments will create a rich soundscape, encouraging reconnection to source, to self, and to the natural world. Paul Gaeta has nearly 20 years of experience working with sound in a variety of formats. His current sonic focus is on the healing aspects of vibration. Having experienced first hand the therapeutic qualities of sound during his recovery from a hip surgery in 2019, he has since dedicated his craft to ambient music and sound therapy.
Let the soothing sounds and restful postures guide you into a place of profound peace and presence, where the rhythms of nature mirror the rhythms of your own body. We’ll close with a short kirtan chant to weave our voices together in community and integrate the healing journey.
