Reset Your Nervous System: Simple Tools for Stress Management & Self Care

If your body has been yearning for a deep, settling exhale, but your active mind just won’t let go, this workshop offers a space to soften and restore.

You’ll be guided through an accessible, nervous‑system‑focused yoga practice with specific breath work (pranayama) designed to soothe anxiety in the moment. Down‑to‑earth teachings are woven in to the practice, explaining how stress and cortisol show up in your body, and what you can do to gently bring them back into balance. Then, enjoy a long, supportive Savasana and gong bath, allowing the practice to quiet and integrate body, mind and heart.

We’ll also explore seasonal nutrition that supports your body under chronic stress; what to reach for (and what to avoid) when you’re depleted, wired, or comfort‑seeking, and how everyday food choices can either spike or soothe your nervous system.

You’ll leave with simple tools to meet those moments when anxiety rises or rest feels out of reach. Reset your nervous system, and return to a deeper sense of steadiness and ease.
