Join us for a seasonal threshold practice to ground, stabilize, and integrate as we move into the quieter months.

Ground, stabilize, and release this fall. Move mindfully through a slow, grounding flow designed to steady restless energy, release tension, and prepare the body and mind for the quieter months. End with a restorative gong bath to integrate and settle your energy.

This is the fourth offering in our seasonal solstice & equinox series, honoring the natural rhythms of the year.
