Neva Ingalls

C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, YACEP

Neva has dedicated her life to exploring the union of body, mind, and spirit through movement, meditation, and healing arts. Beginning her journey in dance at age three, she later embraced dance as a healing art and expanded into the study of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, Vedic astrology, mantra, and energy medicine.

Since 1977, Neva has maintained a devoted daily meditation practice. In the 1990s she immersed herself in Vinyasa yoga, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and the subtle energetics of the body, earning advanced Yoga Alliance teacher certifications, yoga therapy credentials with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and training with master teachers from India and the U.S. She was among the first to bring Vinyasa yoga to the Washington, D.C. area in the early 2000s.

Neva is also the creator of Inner Domain 5 Element Yoga Teacher Training, a comprehensive 200- and 300-hour curriculum that has certified teachers in both Europe and the USA, preparing them to lead safe, effective, and enjoyable classes. She continues to offer workshops that provide continuing education credits recognized by both IAYT and Yoga Alliance.

Her classes blend the sacred geometry of asana, mindful breath-work, and intentional movement to restore balance and awaken inner peace. Her teaching is intuitive and eclectic, guided by decades of study and a deep connection to loving source. Students describe her presence as grounding, inspiring, and authentically heart-centered.
