Join Katie Hay, Yoga Therapist and specialist in healthy aging, for an empowering workshop for bone strength and balance. 

Drawing directly from the evidence-based research of Dr. Loren Fishman, this workshop focuses on specific yoga postures proven to stimulate bone growth. You will be guided through these therapeutic movements with emphasis on alignment and safety.  Learn how to support your bone density and manage conditions like osteopenia and osteoporosis.

Beyond building bone strength, this workshop provides practical tools to improve balance and reduce the risk of falls, a critical component of long-term health, especially with weakened bones. 

You will assess your personal balance, connect with your sensory and vestibular systems, and practice yoga movements that support healthy neuromuscular aging. 

You will leave with a clear understanding of which postures to prioritize, and a path forward for healthy bones and balance. No experience needed.

Please pre-register. Participants will be sent a pre-workshop form to complete and follow-up summary to support home practice.
