Honoring Loss: A Sacred Grief Circle with Gentle Restorative Yoga

Facilitated By Sheri Kay
Music by Conrad, carrier of flute medicine

Sunday, April 26, 2026
2:00-4:00pm
Sliding Scale $0 - $40

This gathering is designed to help ground and support you as you navigate the many—and often mixed—emotions that honoring loss can bring.

We’ll begin with a facilitated process to honor your personal grief journey, creating a compassionate community space where each person can feel seen, heard, and witnessed.

The second half of our time will be dedicated to a gentle restorative yoga practice, accompanied by the live, healing sounds of the native flute. Yoga and music are powerful tools for self-soothing, staying present, and nurturing yourself—offering a lifeline through the complex process of grief. Not only does yoga support the physical effects of grief, but it also provides a safe way to move through difficult emotions.

We hope you’ll join us and experience this space of care, connection, and gentle healing.

This event is offered on a sliding scale. Please choose the rate that feels supportive for you:
